We want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic centerpiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused water features in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your home sanctuary remains a place of peace and tranquility through a seamless exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Unit

  Carefully drain all water from the feature and pack it securely in its original crate or box, including all pumps, LED components, and decorative stones.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
